Returns
Returns are not currently excepted with INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ... Shopify Website is not set up for this due to customs issues etc....We ask that you please be certain of you're order and the length of you're necklaces etc. Due to this issue. Your international order cannot be returned.
In the UNITED STATES Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging to keep it from being damaged as it is being returned. (Returning in just an envelope is not accepted) Each design varies due to the fact each piece is handmade and unique and all natural Gemstones do vary piece to piece.
Semi precious gemstones are fragile....I can not replace for free Gemstones that have been dropped or broken. Be sure to handle your pieces with care.
To complete your return, Please include your Full name and order number to help expedite the process along with a note for you're reason for returning. I do accept chain exchanges if you recieve your necklace and are not happy with the length you chose. You will just need to purchase the "chain exchange" option to cover the time and shipping charges incurred by sending you your return shipping label etc.. If you break your chain from wear and tear or snagging it... please purchase the "chain repair" listing for a new chain.
Refunds not granted on Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at redzjewelry@gmail.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at redzjewelry@gmail.com and we will send you a return shipping label.
NECKLACE LENGTH CHANGE: If you have chosen a necklace length that just doesn't fit the way you had thought you are welcome to return your necklace for a different length but because of the shipping costs involved for Me to send the Return shipping label as well as shipping it back to you and my time I do have a fee for exchanging the length. You can find this by searching "exchange".
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. This cannot apply to INTERNATIONAL orders due to the higher cost of shipping and customs issues ...
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
