This is a lising for a chain exchange. If your order came and the necklace length that you chose didn't work for you I am of course happy to accept your return and change the chain to a different length. Each item is made to order and takes time so I do have to charge a small fee to cover my time and mostly the shipping costs. (I am charged to send the return label to you and again to ship the package back)

Be sure you package the necklace just as i had it packaged so it won't be damaged as it comes back to me. Once I recieve you're return I will get the chain exchange done right away
